In using this website, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions (”Terms of Service and Use”):

1. MENU

Our lunch and dinner menu are updated weekly, you may view it at our website or our social media sites.

2. DELIVERY

Delivery is arranged by us through our own delivery riders. We will use Lalamove to deliver when needed.
Do expect a delay of delivery when there is bad weather as our riders are on bikes and will be affected by the weather.

3. DELIVERY TIME & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Delivery time for lunch is between 11am to 1.30pm. Delivery time is based on the route of the rider, strictly no request for specific delivery time.

Order’s cut-off time for lunch is at 9pm 1 day before.
Delivery time for dinner is between 5pm to 7.30pm. Delivery time is based on the route of the rider, strictly no request for specific delivery time.

Order’s cut-off time for dinner is at 12pm on the same day.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY

We don’t accept cash on delivery.

5. Payment

Online payment is made exclusively by payment gateway Gkash. The client accepts that his/her account is debited for the total amount due at the time of the order. After payment has been validated by the banking organisation, the order is accepted by the vendor who confirms acceptance of the order. The client undertakes to personally use the bank details of which he/she is the registered user. In the event of fraudulent use, the vendor cannot be held liable. In the absence of payment by the bank, or a refusal by the banking centres to make payment, the order shall be automatically cancelled and the client informed. The items remain the property of the vendor until it receives full payment of the price.

6. CANCELLATION

There’s no cancellation once the delivery team has started the job.

9. EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY

No refunds, exchange, cancellations or amendments is applicable once payment is processed and completed online.
